Congratulations Mark..wish we could attend your big blowout in September. I know you will be missed by your fellow officers. Yes, you look very intimadating if you were to get off that bike and walk over to the car, but you can see it you are a great “big teddy bear”!!!! I know Vicki and her family are very proud of you and we are too!! Now remember you’all have to come and visit your East Texas family!!!! However, wait until the “Fall” as our heat will blow your socks off. Congratulations to a sweet guy.

WOW … Mark! I remember you when you were just a little boy of about 8 or 10 yrs. old maybe. You’re my cousin … my Mom is your Mom’s oldest sister. I last saw you in Charleston, SC. Mac will be missed by the Fire Service of Sonoma County as he was our contact if we had any problems on any of ouur accidents. Best of luck with retirement and just maybe one day you will find the broken arrow incident you told me you had in Cloverdale. Maybe I’ll see on the road.

I remember back when Mark could hardly drive at all. He asked to borrow my then brand new Porsche 924 for his Senior Prom. I had reservations about it but his mother saved the day and everything worked out as he went to the prom … all the way to San Francisco and back IN STYLE. His mom, now departed, will be so proud and gleefully happy that he made it all the way to his retirement … still IN STYLE. Indeed, he worked with the greatest group of folks one could ever ask for … The CHP. Cheers, son, Dad.
