Jewish Family and Children’s Services

by PD

CORRECTED:

Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, Israel’s official memorial to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, has been conducting the Names Recovery campaign for more than 50 years. This project calls upon survivors, family and friends of Holocaust victims to memorialize them by recording their names and other biographical data on the “Pages of Testimony” of Yad Vashem’s Web site. The aim is to ensure that no Holocaust victim is forgotten.

The Jewish Family and Children’s Services office in Santa Rosa is helping to identify those who might remember Holocaust victims, and trains volunteers to help them create the Pages of Testimony.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, or know of anyone who might be able to identify victims, call Vicki Wedegaertner at 303-1532 or e-mail vickiw@jfcs.org.

    Found a typo!
I think you meant to say, “The aim is to ensure that NO Holocaust victim is forgotten.”
