2 programs need a hand
Sonoma County’s Council on Aging seeks volunteers for two programs:
Senior peer support workers to visit with seniors who suffer from isolation, anxiety and depression. Training and supervision provided.
People to help at the Sebastopol Senior Center assisting seniors with social activities from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Call Michele Leonard at 525-0143, ext. 147.
