Help seniors prevent falls

Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging seeks volunteers to work with small groups to prevent falls — the number one reason people 55 and older go to the hospital. Coaches are needed to lead an eight-week program of group discussion, problem-solving, assertiveness training and low-impact exercise training.
